You have to READ this!!
I've been taking these for two weeks now. I can't really comment on any belly fat loss yet, as the social media ads proclaim, BUT, I can say that I experienced an "unintended benefit"!! I had been experiencing heavy phlegm/mucus buildup in my throat, causing consistent coughing for several months. I took Mucinex, amoxicillin, and a nasal spray to no avail. However, after the VERY FIRST dose of Oil of Oregano I noticed that all of "stuff" collecting in my esophagus cleared and the coughing stopped!!! I never saw any advertisements claiming this as a benefit of Oil of Oregano. I'm only sharing my own experience. I plan to continue using this product.

DO YOUR RESEARCH TO TAKE IN A MANNER THAT WILL HELP YOU
BE VERY CAREFUL!! This is a great product BUT it does not mention taking a break to help not destroy the good stuff in your stomach. I used google and searched specific questions and got "The standard serving is generally two softgels daily, providing the equivalent of 6,000 mg of oregano oil per serving. It is typically cycled (e.g., stopping for 3 weeks after 2 weeks of daily use) to maintain healthy gut bacteria. Packaging states to take for 8 weeks with a 2 week break but that's too long. It doesn't taste bad BUT there's a strong oregano smell as soon as you put it in your mouth. Easy to take, potency is strong. I got diarrhea (sorry TMI but need to) which is what made me google some info. ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH... HOPE THIS HELPS...
